How to Participate
Our Mission:  Louisiana Senior Olympic Games (LSOG) is a nonprofit organization that promotes physical fitness and an improved quality of life for people over 50 through sports and physical training. LSOG plans, promotes, and conducts a statewide program, which includes ten competitions held at the local or district level, an annual State Championship Games, and participation in biennial National Senior Games -The Senior Olympics.

Three Ways to Participate:
As an Athlete; as a Volunteer; as a Sponsor.

DISTRICT GAMES: There are nine District Games located in major geographic areas of the state. Some of the District Games are open to athletes age 40+.
