To participate in the National Senior OlympicGames, athletes must qualify at a State Game in an even numbered year.  San Francisco, CA is the 2009 site for Nationals.

Beginning in 2006, States will be allowed to qualify up to 3rd place in many sports, and the 2007 National Games have added a couple of new events: the hammer throw and relay races.

Upon qualifying in your local State Games in an even year, your name will be submitted to Nationals.  In January of the odd year, you will receive an Entry Form from Nationals. Contact your State Office after your State Games if you have questions.
